Waiver of Liability

By accepting these terms, I understand and acknowledge that my participation in activities at Tipsy Putt, including, but not limited to playing mini-golf, 1-2 Putt™, consuming food and beverages, and using the facilities, involves certain risks, including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury, property damage, or death.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in these activities, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Tipsy Putt, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, arising out of or in connection with my participation in activities at Tipsy Putt, including but not limited to any claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

I understand that I am solely responsible for my own safety while at Tipsy Putt and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the risks involved. I hereby assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage arising out of or related to my participation in activities at Tipsy Putt.

I also understand that if I am accompanying a minor, I hereby release and forever discharge Tipsy Putt from any and all liability for any claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the minor while participating in activities at Tipsy Putt.

I have carefully read this waiver and release of liability and fully understand its contents. I am aware that by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights I or my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns may have against Tipsy Putt.
