With decades of experience leading multi-unit hospitality and retail organizations, Brandon has served as CEO of several successful businesses, bringing expertise in scaling operations, building high-performing teams, and creating exceptional guest experiences. His passion for innovation and community continues to drive Tipsy Putt's expansion and evolution as a leader in experiential hospitality. In his personal time, he loves spending time with his family, golfing and traveling.
Jennifer Robinson MBA
Co-Founder, Chief Marketing Officer
As Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, Jennifer has helped shape Tipsy Putt from the very beginning. Her MBA thesis project became the original business plan for Tipsy Putt in 2017, and she brings years of experience building and growing hospitality brands the Robinson family has successfully owned and operated. Today, she leads the company's marketing, guest experience, and community partnerships with a passion for creating places where people can connect and make lasting memories. Outside of work, she loves hiking, skiing, and spending time outdoors with her family.
Jordan Kramer
Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer at Tipsy Putt, Jordan brings extensive leadership experience in quick-service, full-service, and multi-unit restaurant operations. Having grown his career from dishwasher to executive leadership, Jordan is passionate about developing people, empowering teams, and creating exceptional guest experiences. He leads operations with a focus on continuous improvement, strong culture, and delivering memorable experiences for both employees and guests.
Anna Jones
VP of Sales and Catering
As Vice President of Sales & Catering, Anna is dedicated to creating unforgettable events and meaningful guest experiences. After building her career through several roles at Tipsy Putt, she now leads a team that helps guests celebrate everything from birthdays to corporate events. A lifelong fan of entertainment, food, and hospitality, she's happiest exploring new restaurants, cheering on the Giants, or sharing Tipsy Putt with friends and family.
Dannie White
VP of Strategic Growth
Dannie has been part of the Tipsy Putt journey since 2021, growing from Beertender to Vice President of Strategic Growth through nearly every level of the company. His passion for hospitality started back home in England, where he helped run his family's neighborhood pub, and today he focuses on building partnerships, growing the brand, and creating memorable guest experiences. Outside of work, you'll likely find him enjoying an ice-cold Hola Señor—or reminding everyone that he's English, not Australian!
Eduardo Suarez
Corporate Executive Chef
Eduardo serves as our Corporate Executive Chef, bringing decades of restaurant and multi-unit operations experience to Tipsy Putt. He's passionate about building great teams, creating exceptional food, and helping the brand continue to grow. When he's not dreaming up new menu items, you'll find him gardening, biking, traveling, or planning his next adventure to Italy.
Mitchell Rittiman
General Manager, Tahoe
Mitchell leads our Tahoe location as General Manager, bringing years of hospitality and leadership experience to the team. Since joining Tipsy Putt in 2021, he's helped foster the welcoming, laid-back atmosphere that keeps both locals and visitors coming back. When he's not at the pub, he's spending time at the lake with his wife and three kids or enjoying a crisp Baja Sipper.
Anna Garofano
Events & Catering Manager, Tahoe
As Events & Catering Manager in Tahoe, Anna has been creating memorable guest experiences since 2022 after working her way up from Beertender and Beer Guru. She loves the fun, team-first atmosphere at Tipsy Putt and is happiest when she's helping guests celebrate. Outside of work, you'll find her snowboarding, hiking, kayaking, or curled up with a good book.
Jonathan (Jon) Naranjo
General Manager, Monterey
Jon has been part of the Tipsy Putt family since 2019 and now serves as General Manager in Monterey. A self-proclaimed beer enthusiast, he loves building great teams, creating memorable guest experiences, and sharing his passion for craft beer and games. Outside of work, you'll find him at the gym, collecting Magic: The Gathering cards, or hanging out with his dog, Ellie.
Adam Richards
General Manager, Sacramento
Adam has worn just about every front-of-house hat at Tipsy Putt before becoming General Manager of our Sacramento location. With a background in hospitality from Disney and Karl Strauss Brewing Company, he's passionate about creating an environment where guests can relax, have fun, and make memories. His perfect day? A round of 1-2 Putt and a crisp West Coast Pils—plus a golf game that's slightly better than yesterday's.

Mira is the Events & Catering Manager at Tipsy Putt, bringing more than 12 years of hospitality experience spanning serving, bartending, and restaurant management. Her well-rounded background allows her to create seamless, memorable events while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Mira is passionate about bringing people together and helping guests celebrate life's biggest moments—from birthdays and weddings to corporate outings and team events.
