SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Tipsy Putt is launching its new Monday Night Putters®, a new drop-in mini golf league designed for casual players, competitive putters and anyone looking for a more entertaining way to spend Monday night. The season begins Monday, August 24, 2026, and runs through Monday, November 16, 2026, at every Tipsy Putt location.

Unlike traditional leagues that require advance registration or a season-long commitment, Monday Night Putters gives players complete flexibility. Guests can drop in and participate on any Monday that works for them. There is no obligation to attend every week, making the league accessible to newcomers, longtime mini golfers, groups of friends and individuals who simply want to join the fun.

Monday Night Putters will be available at all four Tipsy Putt locations: Sacramento, East Bay–Emeryville, Monterey and South Lake Tahoe. Each participating Monday gives players an opportunity to compete, connect with their community and accumulate points toward the grand prize in a FedEx Cup-style format.

Weekly prizes will keep the competition exciting throughout the season, while the overall points leader will take home a massive grand prize valued at over $1000. The season champion will receive a two-night stay at one of two premier destinations: the five-star InterContinental Clement Monterey on Cannery Row or Caesars Republic in South Lake Tahoe, a $100 Fuel Gift Card to get you rto and from the destination and a $100 gift card to Tipsy Putt.

“Monday Night Putters is all about making golf fun, flexible and welcoming,” said founder Brandon Robinson. “Players can come once, join us every Monday or participate whenever their schedule allows. Every round is a chance to win, meet new people and move up the season standings.”

The league combines friendly competition with the signature Tipsy Putt experience, where mini golf, food, drinks and social entertainment come together. Players of all experience levels are welcome; no established team or previous league experience is required.

Those searching for fun things to do on Monday nights in Northern California can find Monday Night Putters® at their nearest Tipsy Putt venue.

Experiential brand ranks No. 28 in Travel and Hospitality and No. 6 among Sacramento’s fastest-growing companies

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Tipsy Putt, the innovative sports bar and entertainment concept combining miniature golf, social competition, locally crafted beverages and food, has earned the No. 1,889 position on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.

Tipsy Putt also ranked No. 28 in the Travel and Hospitality category and No. 6 among the fastest-growing companies in the Sacramento area.

The recognition reflects the vision and leadership of Tipsy Putt founder and CEO Brandon Robinson, who has guided the company from a Sacramento concept into a growing, multi-location experiential hospitality brand. Tipsy Putt has become a distinctive destination for guests seeking memorable date nights, corporate gatherings, group celebrations and an engaging sports bar experience.

“Being recognized by Inc. is an incredible honor and a testament to our entire team,” Robinson said. “We set out to create more than a traditional bar or miniature golf venue. We wanted to build welcoming spaces where people could connect, compete and create lasting memories. This achievement validates that vision and inspires us to keep growing.”

Robinson’s leadership strategy combines empowering local teams and a strong commitment to the communities they serve. This approach has helped Tipsy Putt expand while preserving the authentic, locally focused experience that distinguishes the brand. Each venue brings together golf-inspired games, local beer, wine and spirits, quality food, big-screen sports and flexible event spaces.

Tipsy Putt offers companies an inclusive alternative to conventional venues for corporate parties and team-building events. Couples can pair friendly competition with drinks and dining, while sports fans can enjoy major games in a lively social atmosphere. The result is a versatile entertainment destination where coworkers, couples, friends and celebrations of all kinds take place.

The Inc. 5000 recognition marks an important milestone in Robinson’s broader vision: building a scalable, community-driven hospitality company without losing the personality and local partnerships that fueled its success.

“This is only the beginning,” Robinson added. “We’re excited to introduce Tipsy Putt to more communities and continue raising the standard for social entertainment.”

Our Story

Building More Than Mini Golf

Tipsy Putt was founded on a simple idea: create a place where great golf-inspired games, local craft beverages, community engagement, and friendly competition come together under one roof.

Since opening its first location in Sacramento in 2019, Tipsy Putt has grown into a multi-location entertainment company serving communities across California and beyond. Guided by its core values of Golf, Community, Social Competition, and Fun, the company has built a reputation for creating memorable experiences while supporting local businesses, charities, and neighborhoods.

Founded by Brandon and Jennifer Robinson, Tipsy Putt has remained focused on delivering an authentic experience that blends the spirit of golf with the energy of a social gathering place. Today, the company continues to evolve through new locations, innovative gameplay, charitable initiatives, and a commitment to showcasing local food, beer, wine, and spirits.

What began as a classroom business plan has grown into one of the fastest-growing golf entertainment concepts on the West Coast.

The Timeline

April 22, 2017

While traveling in Washington, the founders discovered an indoor mini-golf and craft beer concept that sparked an idea: Sacramento deserved an experience that combined golf, hospitality, and local culture under one roof.

Fall 2017

During MBA studies at California State University, Sacramento, the concept was developed into a formal business plan. The project, titled Tipsy Putt, received enthusiastic support from classmates and laid the foundation for what would become the company.

December 19, 2017

After continued outreach and a clear commitment to bringing the concept to Sacramento, discussions intensified regarding a potential partnership with Flatstick Pub in Seattle.

May 31, 2018

Those conversations resulted in a licensing agreement to bring the first Flatstick Pub outside of Washington State to Sacramento.

November 9, 2018

A lease was secured at 630 K Street in Downtown Sacramento, the future home of the company’s flagship location.

January 21, 2019

As plans evolved, the company reimagined part of the space to create what would become Trophy Club, Sacramento’s first modern speakeasy-inspired cocktail bar, located above the main venue.

October 19, 2019

Soft openings begin for Flatstick Pub Sacramento and Trophy Club.

November 2019

The founders began exploring expansion opportunities in South Lake Tahoe, recognizing the area’s tourism market and strong alignment with the company’s entertainment-focused model.

Growing Through Uncertainty

March 16, 2020

Just months after opening, the COVID-19 pandemic forced widespread business closures across California and the nation. What was initially expected to be a short interruption became nearly two years of evolving restrictions, capacity limits, and operational challenges.

Like countless hospitality businesses, Tipsy Putt was forced to adapt while continuing to invest in its long-term vision.

November 20, 2020

Despite the uncertainty, the company signed a lease for its second location in South Lake Tahoe, demonstrating confidence in the future of the brand.

June 16, 2021

The Sacramento flagship reopened following pandemic restrictions.

June 17, 2021

Tipsy Putt Tahoe welcomed its first guests.

August 21, 2021

Initial designs were created for a future Bay Area location at Bay Street Emeryville.

November 22, 2021

The Emeryville lease was signed, marking a major step toward regional expansion.

December 1, 2021

The company began discussions regarding the former Cannery Row Brewing Company building in Monterey, California.

Becoming Tipsy Putt

June 15, 2022

The Monterey lease was finalized, and construction began immediately.

February 1, 2023

Tipsy Putt Emeryville opened its doors, becoming the company’s first fully Tipsy Putt-branded location and its first location in the Bay Area.

April 1, 2023

The Sacramento location officially transitioned from Flatstick Pub Sacramento to Tipsy Putt Sacramento.

July 1, 2023

The licensing agreement with Flatstick Pub concluded, and the South Lake Tahoe location officially became Tipsy Putt Tahoe.

Expanding Along the California Coast

February 22, 2024

Tipsy Putt Cannery Row opened in Monterey, bringing the brand to one of California’s most iconic tourist destinations.

With each new location, the company continued refining its experience through improved gameplay, enhanced food and beverage offerings, community partnerships, and charitable initiatives.

Looking Ahead

August 28, 2025

Tipsy Putt filed with the SEC to launch a crowdfunding campaign supporting future expansion, including plans for a San Francisco location.

March 29, 2026

The company’s public crowdfunding campaign officially launched, providing supporters and guests an opportunity to participate in the next chapter of growth.

Today

From a single business-plan project to a growing entertainment company, Tipsy Putt remains committed to creating memorable experiences centered around golf, hospitality, and community.

With real golf balls, authentic putters, rotating pin placements, locally sourced food and beverages, charitable partnerships, putting leagues, tournaments, and one-of-a-kind venues, Tipsy Putt continues to redefine what mini golf can be.

The mission remains the same as it was from the beginning:

Bring people together through golf, community, competition, and fun.

As Founder and CEO of Tipsy Putt, Brandon Robinson has built a reputation for scaling experiential hospitality concepts while maintaining a disciplined approach to time, leadership, and the long-term vision. With four active Tipsy Putt locations, a fast growing brand footprint, and ambitions for another successful exit, Robinson’s journey reflects both entrepreneurial grit and strategic balance.

Robinson is no stranger to exiting companies. In 2022, he sold his previous venture, Skin Body Soul Medspa, to private equity—an operational achievement fewer than 1% of entrepreneurs accomplish.  That experience now informs how he approaches Tipsy Putt, not just as a lifestyle brand, but as a scalable asset.

Balancing the demands of being a Founder and CEO across multiple locations requires intentional structure. Robinson prioritizes his time by focusing on high-impact decisions rather than getting pulled into operational noise. He relies heavily on strong leadership teams at each Tipsy Putt location, empowering general managers to own their performance while he concentrates on growth strategy, partnerships, and capital planning.

A key tip Robinson emphasizes is building systems early. “If you wait until you’re overwhelmed to create processes, you’re already behind,” he has noted in conversations with peers. From standardized operating procedures to clear reporting dashboards, these systems allow him to manage four locations without being physically present at each one daily.

Equally important is time blocking and non-negotiables. Robinson treats family time with the same level of commitment as board meetings or investor calls. By carving out dedicated time for his family, he ensures that growth in business does not come at the expense of personal relationships. This discipline creates sustainability—not just success.

Robinson also leverages pattern recognition from past exits. Having successfully sold Skin Body Soul, he understands what potential buyers look for: consistent revenue growth, strong margins, replicable systems, and a brand with defensible intellectual property. At Tipsy Putt, he is building with the end in mind—positioning the company for a future exit while maintaining focus on near-term execution.

Another core principle he swears by is Trust Measured. Robinson avoids micromanagement but maintains clear KPIs across locations. He believes in trusting his managers to make the right decisions and even when they are wrong supporting them.  Supporting managers is how managers are empowered.  Equitably measuring that trust with weekly performance reviews, financial tracking, and customer experience metrics keep the business aligned without requiring constant oversight.

Finally, Robinson prioritizes personal energy management. Running multiple venues and preparing for the next phase of growth requires stamina. Whether through fitness, mental resets, or strategic downtime, he ensures he operates at a high level consistently.

As Founder and CEO, Brandon Robinson demonstrates that scaling a business and maintaining balance isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what matters most. By combining disciplined systems, empowered teams, trusting management and a clear exit strategy, he continues to grow Tipsy Putt while staying grounded in what matters: family, focus, and forward momentum.

Signature Cocktails You’ll Only Find at Tipsy Putt

If you want an idea of what happens when the ambiance of a party and the fun of mini golf combine, you need to visit Tipsy Putt. This is not your average local joint. It’s where flavors meet fun, the drinks are bold, and the vibes can’t be beaten.

Whether you’re out for an adventurous night with friends or planning an epic holiday weekend, Tipsy Putt is Sacramento’s new favorite hotspot; we can guarantee you won’t find drinks and experiences like this anywhere else.

Cocktails

And we’re not saying that lightly. The vibe is electric here, it’s the indoor golf and sports bar in Sacramento where the drinks are as fun and uncommon as the place itself.

So let’s raise a glass (or two) to signature cocktails that you can only find at Tipsy Putt, the kind of cocktails you dream about on weekends, and wonder, when are we planning to do that again?

The Signature Cocktails You’ll Want All the Time

Let’s get to the good stuff: Tipsy Putt is not serving your average drinks. Every cocktail has intention, personality, and a splash of flair; they are not just cocktails, but an extension of the party. Our cocktails are draft pour and rotate seasonally, so you will always have something fresh for the time.

  • Birdie Breeze

It’s light, refreshing, and just a little flirty. Birdie Breeze is a house favorite and embodies the spirit of the game with vodka, fresh citrus, and a little berry. It’s like drinking a summer breeze, even in the dead of winter. Perfect to toast after a hole-in-one or to wash away the frustration of a three-putt.

  • Putt Luck Charm

We think of this as your lucky cocktail. Incredibly refreshing, and perhaps even more refreshing than you planned, the Putt Luck Charm is a vibrant blend of gin, cucumber, mint, and a hint of elderflower liqueur. If drinks could speak, you’d think this one would whisper in your ear, “Let’s just stay out a bit longer tonight.”

  • Tee’d Off

For the bold, dark, and contrastively seductive cocktail drinker, Tee’d Off is for you. Your whiskey is blended harmoniously with orange bitters and a house-spiced syrup to make this cocktail hard to forget. This statement drink means you’re ready for an adventure, and if you’re lucky, you’re just getting started!

  • Hole Enchilada

Do not be fooled by the name, this cocktail is a party starter. Blending tequila, jalapeño, pineapple, and lime, this cocktail strikes the perfect sweet-heat punch to wake up your senses and keep your spirits high. The Hole Enchilada is a spicy take on a traditional margarita with the delicious edge of Tipsy Putt.

  • Mulligan Mule

Everyone deserves a second chance, and Mulligan Mule allows you to reconnect with that second chance. Concocted with house-made ginger syrup, lime, and your choice of vodka or bourbon, Mulligan Mule is the wake-up refreshment after experiencing a wild game of mini golf or a rematch of cornhole.

Not Just a Bar — Tipsy Putt Is A Whole Vibe

The drinks are amazing, but what makes them even more impressive is the experience. At Tipsy Putt, every sip comes with competition, laughter, and adrenaline. It’s where neon-lit putting greens come to life under disco lights and where bartenders fire up rounds of drinks with flair bartending that rivals Vegas.

In search of a mini golf bar in Sacramento that has personality? You found it. It’s indoor golf with attitude. It’s fun party vibes, great décor, music that keeps you bouncing between swings and sips, and lighting that takes it to another level.

Once you’ve opened your freshly poured first cocktail, the only question is: What now? Because we are not just a bar, we are the best sports bar with games in Sacramento, and we are loud and proud.

Want to act out your inner Happy Gilmore on the putting green? Great, do it. Looking for group games with friends like giant Jenga or tabletop shuffleboard? We’ve got it. Want to be competitive? Bring your friends together and see who has the best short game or if they just claim to.

When searching for “indoor golf near me”, you’re not near it, you’re in it. And it’s buzzing from the time you walk in to the time you leave.

Check the Vibes That Are in the Vein of the Weekend

Tipsy Putt is not just a place; it is a state of mind. There’s a weekend-ready, holiday-hyped, let’s-get-lost-in-the-moment feeling that envelops you the second you walk in. Whether you’re in a Santa hat in December or aviators in July, this is where you go to feel alive.

Even better? The party is happening every single day. No day isn’t a party night, even Tuesdays feel like Fridays inside the sports bar Sacramento can’t get enough of.

Tipsy Putt is more than a bar and more than a golf spot; it’s the hub of Sacramento’s fun bars. It’s where:

  • First dates become second dates.
  • Coworkers become friends over Birdie Breezes.
  • Bachelorette parties take things to eleven.
  • Birthday parties become legendary.

The custom cocktails just make it better. When you drink here, you’re drinking something you can’t find anywhere else, not just in flavor but in experience. And for locals wanting a go-to spot, or out-of-towners wanting a unique night out, Tipsy Putt always delivers.

Add a round of mini golf, and what more could you need for a legendary Sacramento night?

So whether it’s Friday night, your friend’s birthday, or you just need to shake off the week, there’s one place for everything: killer drinks, high-energy games, unforgettable atmosphere, and unbeatable vibes.

Cocktails like the Putt Luck Charm, Birdie Breeze, and Hole Enchilada aren’t just drinks, they’re part of a story. The next page you’ll be writing is bold, ridiculously fun, and your name is on that next page.

Are you ready to turn your next night out into a legendary experience? Plan your visit to Tipsy Putt, it’ll be the most fun you’ve had without leaving the city of Sacramento.
